The [[Cylons]] project is a project partially funded by FCT (through four scholarships), first for enabling a humanoid robot to interact with humans using speech, and also to enable it to understand its surrounding environment.

[[LIREC]] is an ambitious European Project for building robotic entities capable of engaging humans in meaningful long-term relationships. We also contribute to this project in areas concerning speech interaction.
